These Terms apply to the website, account and application process. They do not replace any separate membership terms, booking terms, flight terms, conditions of carriage, operator terms, partner terms, or other terms that may apply to future Minty services.
If you become a Minty member or book travel through Minty in the future, additional terms may apply.

If we believe that information in an application is false, incomplete, misleading or submitted on behalf of someone else without permission, we may reject the application, suspend the account, withdraw an invitation, or end access to Minty services.
6. Founding membership
Minty may offer a limited number of founding memberships.
Any description of founding membership on the website is subject to availability, eligibility, approval, operational requirements, and any separate membership terms that apply.
References to member rates, guest access, destinations, services, benefits, experiences, schedules or availability are subject to change and do not guarantee that any specific route, aircraft, service, price, guest allowance, benefit or travel date will be available.
Where founding members are able to invite guests, those guests may also be required to comply with Minty rules, booking terms, travel requirements, security requirements and any other applicable terms.
7. No travel booking through these Terms
These Terms govern use of the website and application process only. They do not create a booking, ticket, carriage contract, package travel contract, or guaranteed right to travel.
If Minty offers bookings, flights, transfers, hospitality, concierge services, or related travel services in the future, those services will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, available or current.
